Your FUNDS at work!
Because of your tenacity and generosity, our fundraiser was a huge success! So far we've been able to help bring in some new equipment for our STEM program, help our Spanish/Dual language program, provide for our science classes, and so much more! We are really excited about all the things we'll get to help our students in their studies. We even have plans to help further beautify the school environment so the students can further enjoy their campus. Stay tuned!
Agriculture Programs!
Akimel A-al Knows and Grows!
The PTSO supports Akimel A-al's Agriculture program! The school also is home to 3 chickens, a lovely garden where the students grow all kinds of produce year-round, and a hydroponics area. Our community helps out by providing the funds for the chicken feed, seedlings, and volunteers from the community come to help out with weeding and planting. It's a fun, educational day in the garden at Akimel A-al!
STEM Program
3D Printers for our Students!
Our PTSO goes the extra mile to make sure our students have access to the best educational opportunities during their school years, such as the beloved STEM Program. The request was made and the PTSO answered the call by providing 3D printers for the students' use, which will greatly improve their understanding of STEM resources and enhance our program overall for years to come!
